I like to tell a story — not in words, but in oil paint. I do this by choosing vivid colors and a loose application, adjusting according to need. My commission paintings have vibrancy, but a more specific focus than my personal work. For commissions I compose a unique interpretation of your favorite people, family, and pets, and what they love. A relaxed and softly off-beat likeness is achieved by painting from provided photographs, used as a reference. Like all my work, the commission paintings are always fun, but they are also a one-of-a-kind, personal piece that is more than a snapshot record. It explores a moment in time and relationship, full of life!
